We all come to this planet to learn. My greatest lesson came during a gradual break-down of my often abusive and violent first marriage and subsequent suicide of my spouse. Louise Hay's positive life philosophy and methods helped me to heal from the abuse and the loss of a loved one to find forgiveness, letting go of the past, and ultimately rediscovering my loving-self. Within two years from an unimaginable tragedy, I rebuilt a happy fulfilling personal and professional life, and found my soulmate Rob.
My life-changing experiences taught me that we are all capable for change and can find happiness, if we choose so. How fast the change takes place is up to us. Changing our lives for better does not have to be hard work or take years. All you need is the willingness to be happier, healthier, wealthier, or what ever else you want to welcome in your life!

I also have a BA (Hon) Degree in Clinical & Industrial Psychology.
